Welcome to Raviora. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Raviora mobile application and services. By accessing or using Raviora, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Raviora, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Raviora. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

By posting User Content, you grant Raviora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your User Content in connection with operating and providing our services.

4.2 Content Standards

You agree that your User Content will not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Contain nudity, sexually explicit content, or pornographic material
• Promote violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Contain spam, advertising, or commercial solicitations
• Include personal information of others without consent
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Contain malicious code or viruses

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion and without notice.

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Raviora
• Use automated systems or bots to access our services
• Collect or harvest information about other users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our app

Raviora and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our services without our express written permission.

Raviora is a fashion-focused community. We encourage users to:

• Share authentic outfit photos and styling content
• Provide constructive and respectful feedback
• Respect diverse fashion styles and personal expressions
• Give credit when sharing or referencing others' styling ideas
• Report content that violates our Terms or Community Guidelines

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Raviora may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You access them at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Raviora at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Raviora after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Raviora shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Raviora regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements.
